WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty
- Product warranty covers only manufacturing defects and shipping mishandling.
- There is no guarantee or warranty of fabric and color.
- Actual product color or print color may look different than what you see on website.
- If you find any product defected as per point number 1 above, please notify us as soon as you receive product(s) at support@hidingfrog.com with Receipt or Proof of purchase, photos of product and date of delivery. Failing to do so by 1 day will void warranty of product(s).
- Once we receive your email for return (along with all required details and documents), we will verify your purchase and on successful verification, we will send you an email and provide you physical address to ship product.
- Once we will receive product(s), we will notify you that we have received your item(s) for exchange. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your exchange process will be started, and your exchanged product(s) will be delivered to you within 7-10 days and your shipping charges will be refunded within 14 days (As per point number 5 above). For more about shipping information, please check our shipping policy.
- If not approved, we will deliver product back to you on original address (Customer has to pay upfront for any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection).
NOTE: In case of FALSE Exchange, any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customers account.
Warranty will be void if
- Any kind of damage caused by mishandling by customer.
- Product will not be used/washed as per instructions.
- Customer will use product(s).
