RETURN POLICY
Overview
- Our return policy lasts 7 days after you receive your product(s). If 7 days have passed since you have received product(s), we can’t offer you a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Items on SALE.
- Any item which you buy under any type of offer.
- Discounted items.
- To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase, photos of product, order number, date of purchase, date of delivery, reason for return and amount to be mentioned clearly in your email.
Initiate Return
- To initiate a return, you must send us an email at support@hidingfrog.com. Include all required information and attach all necessary documents (mentioned in point number 4 in the Overview above) for the product(s) you wish to return.
- Once we receive your email for the return (along with all required details and documents), we will verify your purchase. Upon successful verification, we will send you an email with the physical address to ship the product.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, the return process will begin, and you will be reimbursed within 14 days, including your shipping charges (as per point number 2 above).
- If your return is not approved, we will deliver the product back to your original address. (The customer must pay upfront for any and all costs associated with delivery and collection).
NOTE: In case of FALSE Return, any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customers account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
